![]() ![]() Well, as a business, things go on so I dispute this issue and move on. #WALMART CAPITAL ONE PHONE NUMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVER#Nor did she think it important to speak with the supposed delivery driver who is now probably enjoying movies on a free 55" TV. So Wal-Mart sold me a TV, "delivered" me the TV but wouldn't offer any solution when there was proof that I did not receive the TV. Again she directed me to dispute the charge with the credit card. I also told her that the cameras of our business showing the sidewalk, parking area and lobby area showed no one attempting to deliver a TV and no one here to sign for it. I told her I would send a copy of my ID which has my legal signature on it for comparison and she said she couldn't take that. ![]() I asked for a screenshot of the signature, she said she couldn't do that. I had updated the delivery instructions that the TVs need to be delivered during business hours and signed for. The agent said it was signed for and there was nothing they could do so I had to dispute it through my credit card. So I asked why did the email say the TV was left at the door, to now be told it was signed for. I contacted customer service that said the TV had been signed for. Surprise, surprise, there was no TV at the door. I was notified on a Tuesday morning that a TV had been delivered the night before 9:57 pm and the item was left at the door. I have ordered at least 20 TVs in the time since the 1st incident and this next incident with no issues as they had started coming from FedEx instead of direct from the store. ![]()
